How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with reset instructions.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and host on secure infrastructure (Supabase/AWS). Read our security page for details.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. Go to Settings → Data → Export. You'll get a complete export of all your jobs, customers, invoices, and quotes in CSV format.

Do you offer phone support?

Not yet. We're a small team and email allows us to provide better, documented support to everyone. As we grow, we may add phone/chat options.

Can you add support for my country?

We currently support 7 countries with plans to expand. Email us at admin@jobbtrakr.app with details about your country's requirements (tax system, currency, business number format, etc.).
