Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JobbTrakr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

JobbTrakr is a cloud-based job management software platform designed for trade contractors. The Service provides tools for:

• • Quote and invoice generation
• • Job scheduling and tracking
• • Inventory management
• • Timesheet tracking
• • Business reporting and analytics

Account Registration

To use JobbTrakr, you must:

• • Provide accurate and complete registration information
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• • Violate any laws or regulations
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights
• • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Use automated systems to access the Service
• • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• • Reverse engineer or decompile the software

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into JobbTrakr. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• • Store and process your data to provide the Service
• • Create backups of your data for disaster recovery
• • Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical business data. While we implement robust backup systems, we recommend maintaining your own records.

Intellectual Property

JobbTrakr and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by OLIVIAT-Autonomy. The Service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

When paid plans are introduced:

• • Billing will be processed through Stripe
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBBTRAKR AND OLIVIAT-AUTONOMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobbTrakr, OLIVIAT-Autonomy, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• • Violation of these Terms
• • Fraudulent or illegal activity
• • Non-payment (when paid plans launch)
• • Any reason with 30 days notice

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease, and we will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia. If you are located outside Australia, you consent to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobbTrakr regarding the Service.
